Once an Online order is placed, Vaagai Oil begins to process the order very quickly. But, it is possible to cancel an order during the “Processing” period.

Before shipping your order, our customer service representative would give you a confirmation call to verify the items you have ordered and the delivery time. You can cancel an item/order during this time. Once the order moves into the “Shipping” process, it cannot be cancelled.

To make changes to the order, to change the shipping address or to cancel an order, you will have to contact the customer support team, either by sending an email to srivaagai@gmail.com or by calling 87540-85888. You can use your name and your order number as reference, which would make the process hassle free.

You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been cancelled and any pending charges will be refunded to you within 3 - 5 business days.

Online order refunds will be issued to the credit card/debit card/net-banking account that you had used during the transaction.
